School Administrator,
Southwestern Skate Center and Skate Moore Skate Center are offering elementary schools in the OKC and Moore Districts a chance to experience Roller-Skating for fun, fitness, and rewards. Roller-Skating is a tremendous health benefit for young and old alike. It is a great family activity especially with the winter months ahead.
We are doing this to promote “Schools for a Healthy Lifestyle” which is promoted by The Roller Skating Association, and as a Community Service for all school children. Each school has their night, and the skate center makes coupons for each student to be handed out by the school. To assure success for your school, the more announcements the school makes turns into more dollars for your school! The time of the event is 6-9pm, and the charge is a nominal fee of $2.00 per person, which also includes regular skates. The school child brings the coupon with them, and every participating skater is worth $1.00 to the school. They may include their brothers, sisters, and friends as well as parents, and everyone pays the $2.00 fee per person! The more people you bring, the more money the school receives!
There is no charge or responsibility to the school. We ask that you hand out coupons and make five announcements during the week of the skate night. Teachers are welcome to come and watch as the children have fun while exercising and building their self-confidence and coordination.
Call and sign up your school today. We will need the number of students for all schools that participate. Please call for your reservation.
